For those receiving government pension, the annual life certificate, or Jeevan Pramaan Patra, must be submitted by November 30, 2022(Pensioners above 80 years of age are allowed to submit in the month of October).

Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare(DOPPW) has issued an OM No- 1(8)/2021-P&PW(H)-7468, Dated 30-09-2022, all process details for submission of the life certificate. Members may go through the above referred circular and choose the method of their own choice.
